如何克服不安
喬布斯的話“If you just sit and observe,you will see how restless your mind is。If you try to calm it,it only makes it worse,but over time it does calm,and when it does,there‘s room to hear more subtle things--that’s when your intuition starts to blossom and you start to see things more clearly and be in the present more。Your mind just slows down,and you see a tremendous expanse in the moment。You see so much more than you could see before。”
如果你坐下來觀察,就發(fā)覺你內(nèi)心的不安,如果你試圖去平復(fù),恐怕會(huì)變得更糟,但一段時(shí)間之后就會(huì)安靜下來,那個(gè)時(shí)候就能聽到更微小的的東西-當(dāng)你的直覺開始發(fā)芽,你開始看到當(dāng)下更多更清楚的。你的心靈變慢下來了,你感知到當(dāng)下巨大的擴(kuò)展。你能看到比你以前多得多的東西。
